Intake Form

The Intake Form presents background information on you, your spouse, your children and other pertinent details.

To best serve you and conduct your mediation, download the form, fill it out, and have it ready at your first mediation session.

Agreement to Mediate

Just as you will have an agreement for the next chapter in your lives, the three of us need an agreement to engage in mediation.

Please download the Agreement to Mediate document below. Review it carefully. Ask any questions you may have. Then, sign it and have it ready at your mediation session.

Payment

$260 / Hour

After your complimentary 30-minute consultation, the fee for divorce mediation is $260 per hour — significantly lower than attorney fees.

Payment is made on a pay-as-you-go basis by credit or debit card through Square®.

You are not obligated to a minimum number of sessions and can stop at any time. You will only pay for the sessions you schedule.

Any work conducted by the mediator outside of a session will be charged on a quarter-hour basis.
